Call me nostalgic, but I will miss MySpace and the overall social media movement when it is gone…
I used to find genuine enjoyment in filling out surveys for my friends (the real ones at least), sending and receiving picture comments that actually meant something, and keeping in contact with people I care about.
But it seems the novelty of MySpace has worn off for most people, which is quite sad as it’s the only contact I have with a reasonable amount of my older friends from school and college. I know it’s quite silly to rely on the internet for such things, but in this electronic reality we all now live in it’s near essential; the idea of calling and texting is so 2006, apparently.
What do you think? Will something else come along to fill the void, or is social media already dead in the water?
